Enlivant Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great skills noted durin my time

Down to earth team and fun

Communication . Everyone works as a team

In house leadership (Exec directors) have been great - but in one year one ledt due to burning out & other was fired, in part b/c they recognized we could not cont. accepting new residents until understaffing was resolved. Regional & corp ldrshp have detrimental metrics & cont make things worse

Our Exec director jumps in to help in dining room, do res cares, drive to appointments, sing to residents - bad part is they need to b/c understaffed. Leadership outside of community don't have the best communication & too many layers creates inconsistency, confusion & frustration

They are friendly and personable

Review from Operations Dept

Great. Company that cares for the people that work there and the residents

Their Zoom meetings weekly/ monthly

dedicated to providing support to the staff and seniors during this time of COVID. I have never worked for a more caring leadership. "Seniors are Safer at Enlivant"

Review from Operations Dept

They are genuine, compassionate, and they empower their teams.

Review from Operations Dept

Very committed to the Mission and Values and talk about it all the time. The leadership has really stepped up with COVID and made me feel more part of a team.

Review from Operations Dept

Enthusiastic and mission driven at all levels

Review from Operations Dept

Mission driven organization that makes a positive difference in the lives of many daily.

They are always there for you. I can pick up the phone at any point in time and reach my regional director if I need him.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be there as a team player not when it works best for you, staff have been run up on woth hours and no choice to stay when pol fail to show up. Pay raises are never heard of when working here. Residents need us but we need good pay and lives and families to attend to

They lie, they try to sale rooms with false promises and they sometimes pick on certain residents and staff. They are essentially bullies. If you report issues they will come Back from corporate then you no longer have a chance. Hostile work environment for sure.

Paying employees their sign on bonus

to listen to our complaints and actively help fix them.

coming out and actually doing pop up visits. I'm there because i love the residents. there is no organization. they bring dogs to work show up in pajamas. show up when they want to not when scheduled give you the orientation packet and say sign it and give it back to me always out of everything

They need to care and stop putting all the work off on staff mainly 2 of us. Actually asked me to work 7 days a week while they look for someone to help on night shift so they don't have to cover any days. We have roughly 6 staff members total for 41 residents and 3 shifts. They are overworking us

The ED needs to understand that the employee have lives outside if work

Stop managing in panic mode.

Treating all employees the same. Not to give the employees who don’t work so hard all the credit and give them their way vs someone who bends

Review from Operations Dept

They need to do surprised visits to their communities. So they can see how they really operate.

Review from Operations Dept

Providing for the needs of their employees. Our management team does not care about the work life of the staff only in perception

Review from Operations Dept

Maturity, consistency, honesty, compassion, not personally attacking employees

Review from Operations Dept

not treating employees with respect

Regional Directors in Georgia do not back up community level staff. They refuse to take ownership of their faults and instead throw it on community management.

Review from Operations Dept

Needs realistic staffing goals and competitive wages for floor workers. Scheduling changes randomly and with no regard for work/life balance of any kind.
