Team work team work is important

My care staff geniality care.

They really care about seniors and work their butts off to help and care for them l, working as a team. even when corporate won't hire enough staff we stay postive. We care about each other. We help each other out too and no drama.

the majority of the workers are good but you always have the ones that aren't unfortunately in patient care /nursing. unfortunately the residents and company have to suffer. The best part is working a shift with someone who is a team player. fortunately I've been blessed to have that privilege

Other people who love amd appreciate senior citizens and work hard despite limited pay and a company that doesn't make you feel like your well-being and that of residents is their top priority

Some of them come to work, do their jobs well and go home without causing drama with another employee

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We work together fine, we need more coworkers instead of agency girls that don't work and an ED that gives a crap about us rather than worried about her vacations and days off

Stop demanding that one person do all the work

They need training, direction and supervision by competent managers

Prn's where I work are awesome and great to clients and other employees, there is just a few that have ruined it the manager by not caring, making promises didn't keep and not handling the bully that works there after many complaints.

We need all employees to be treated equal across the board. By being accountable for being on time every day, medication errors, etc.

Coworkers are not asked what days they can work...are told instead; therefore some scheduled days they are unavailable and have been fired for not coming in.
