We don’t have a work from home policy but when things come employees can work from home as when needed given managers approval

CEO has no clear vision.
How's the work life balance at Enova?
Good. Better in some teams than others.

Very rarely.

It's alright. Employees get 15-20 PTOs each year.

The decision on around promotions is somewhat merit-based but it's also largely dependent on how you get along with your manager.

Does Enova International have any remote positions?
As far as I know the remote positions currently in effect were grand fathered in when the policy was changed a while back. So, I don't believe there is any remote positions.
What makes you most happy at Enova?
Product & people, & I couldn't say which does more. Helping kids learn more effectively has a major impact on your view of the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Enova?
Compensation is lower than some in Chicago, but relatively equitable.

Small company, everyone knows everyone, but doesn't suffer from some of the monoculture you see at other startups. Everyone is supportive.

Everyone at eSpark, the leadership team especially, is incredibly positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Enova International?
I know that certain individuals who hold a title lower than mine are either getting paid more or equally to me, which isn't fair.
