Came to Enova via their purchase of a company. Many of their core values seem to only apply to their legacy people and culture. For example their "best idea wins" mostly applies if the idea comes from their existing executives / managers and not from purchased company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay market rates and their packages are not bad.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Enova is a strange place in that many of the managers and executives are great people, yet the company as whole is not so great a place to work. Also, they are not particularly people oriented. It is more about the bottom line.
