The willingness to help eachother.
we work together very well. Everyone is very supportive and we backfill each other's responsibilities. We all get along very well.

They lack knowledge and professionalism

I feel challenged, inspired and appreciated
everyone respects each other and supports one another

On site training could use an overhaul

The old supervisors had common sense.
