The culture can only be described as genuine. I know that my fellow employees care about me both professionally and more importantly, personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
First and foremost the people. Second to that is the industry and the fact we are influencing global decisions around delivering affordable energy around the world.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Candidates have the opportunity to visit with many people along the journey that they will be engaged with, giving a really holistic view on how the org functions, operates and delivers culturally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation is that I never have to worry about it. Its something rarely though about because of positive the overall package is - from comp, to benefits to the intangibles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Despite having incredible backgrounds and success, the team is down to earth, very approachable and open to ideas from anyone within the organization. The leadership team promotes a truly horizontal structure that creates opportunities for all employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are built with people that constantly innovate, challenge the status quo but do it in a way that brings the entire team along. There are roles that are individual roles but you always feel apart of a team.
