Despite having incredible backgrounds and success, the team is down to earth, very approachable and open to ideas from anyone within the organization. The leadership team promotes a truly horizontal structure that creates opportunities for all employees.
Leaders at DI really care about their people. This not only makes us successful, but creates a rewarding experience for employees and a great culture!
