I like the respect that leadership has for everyone here at Epiphany. You feel valued and important here.
It feels like they keep the lense of "What is the right thing to do for our employees and patients" when making decisions.
That they truly seem to listen and care. Not only about employees but ensuring our patients are getting the best care possible.

no equity but the organization provides excellent benefits at no cost to the employee.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hispanics thrive. They can request PTO at any point in time even if it's for a week or two. They're not held accountable for clock in clock out times can work on the weekends can ride the clock decorating cleaning picked first for growth and even employee, their family members
The most positive about the culture here at Epiphany is the caring, respect, and integrity that we show internally and externally. The culture of excellence here at Epiphany is our lifestyle.
Great office culture, very enjoyable.

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about my interview was the honesty. The two managers that interviewed me 5 years ago was not only interested in my skills and experience, they were very engaged in getting to know who I was as a person.
Was fast and they got back to me
I had the opportunity to meet multiple individuals.

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is being around positive co-workers. This is home away from home.
My coworkers and how well all departments work together to accomplish things.
The people I work with and knowing I'm not micromanaged. Ability to make a difference
