They can improve on their customer service.

I've made multiple attemtps to contact someone within the company and have received no response. Their privacy policy is horrible. We've had an issue with one of their printers. I could go on but I'm limited to 300 characters.

Quality and customer service easy to use products

Reliability, innovative, product support, cost effective, printing

You make it impossible to contact anyone in authority. Your customer service/tech people failed me. I have a broken product.
