What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Again, like I said it was like a high school. Everyone stayed in the group and they picked on the ones who they thought were isolated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team seems to be forward thinking

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I was belittled during a meeting for giving a suggestion
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many bosses, not enough workers. Management gossips about employees to other employees. Have supervisors who are too hung over to talk to staff most of each day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have adequate staffing for the work load.
