The leadership team seems to be forward thinking

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy our affordable health insurance and PTO
401K match is 6% which is AWESOME!
The most money I’ve ever made in my life! And the benefits are the best of the best
I love the six percent 401k match.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company doesn't publish payscales, lending to belief that your pay is dependent upon how well you are liked. When it comes to reviews, you are told outright that there is no way to get a score of meeting/exceeding requirements as there is always room for improvement if you look hard enough
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is fairly new so I'm not sure I know what the best thing about us is yet.
My team works really hard and has drastically improved the company
We work together helping each other instead of against each other. We love each other and care about one another.
Knowledgeable, helpful, and they are supportive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I was belittled during a meeting for giving a suggestion
If we were all given the same information it would help.... but each employee is given contradictory info. Allow your teams to be actual teams working together rather than against each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, like I said it was like a high school. Everyone stayed in the group and they picked on the ones who they thought were isolated.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have adequate staffing for the work load.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter stayed in contact with me throughout the process.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with the customers that I serve
the fact that I don't have to wear a suit!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many bosses, not enough workers. Management gossips about employees to other employees. Have supervisors who are too hung over to talk to staff most of each day.
