I enjoy working with the customers that I serve

the fact that I don't have to wear a suit!

The friends and coworkers I have there!

contributing to the mission/vision and knowing my contributions makes a different

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many bosses, not enough workers. Management gossips about employees to other employees. Have supervisors who are too hung over to talk to staff most of each day.
