What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have different personalities and perspectives on things which makes things much better for us because we listen to each other and get ideas thrown at each other to help each of us so we don't overdo things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less then $10.50 hourly and I work extremely hard making this company millions of dollars by hand. We take drug tests and show that we do a great job, but we get undervalued for a job well done more so that are turnover rate is ridiculously high. They should appreciate their workers!
