Previous leaders were not aligned with the new culture at Sterling and unfortunately, I was a casualty. I spent nearly 2 yrs in an inequitable position where my title and pay did not commensurate my responsibilities. Acknowledgment of the inequity by changing pay and title would have shown value.

Efficient team members! Most meetings are designed to fit into 25-30 minutes only. Team is always helpful with quick Q&A. Despite being 100% virtual, we know and work with each other as if we were in a cube-farm.
