- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop looking at us like just another head that can be tossed out. Tell us good job and increase our pay.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I make less then $10.50 hourly and I work extremely hard making this company millions of dollars by hand. We take drug tests and show that we do a great job, but we get undervalued for a job well done more so that are turnover rate is ridiculously high. They should appreciate their workers!
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Alot of work for little pay
