What do you like best about the leadership team?
the exec teams are alright.
Like that we are introducing more diversity into our Leadership team and that will lead to additional perspectives for the business as a whole.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to trust and listen to their employees. Stop the shame and blame game. Reward your employees as promised and not make it just as a slogan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of vacation is nice. Flexibility in working hours is up there as well.
Excellent healthcare; plenty of paid time off (via different buckets); love the tuition program and employee exchange program.
The work I get to do every day with high quality colleagues that makes a difference in real people's QoL and survivability
Benefits like healthcare and tuition reimbursement are good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Level 4 but salary is that of level 3

Absolutely great people with a positive mindset always looking for ways to better our work.
Collaborative, supportive, creative - a true team spirit with true team results.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It seems to be every man for themselves attitude. Watch your back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
flexibility, tech is good but could be much better.
Inclusive, focused on improving patients' health. What we do matters to me and my coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If management can live up to the same standards are they expect their employees to be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was both casual and professional.
Got to meet with several members of the team to make sure there was a good match (teamwise as well as function wise),
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more open minded, instead they are only looking for one qualification.
What makes you most happy at work?
The idea that our company is there to help make people's life more comfortable, in the assistance of data collection for clinical trials, so the medication that is approved and used in the end does indeed help people.

Working with a great team and doing important work.

Managers being hired to manage something they not nothing about.
