    3 week vacation, 4 after 5 years of service, pretty good health insurance, decent holidays. The workingadvantage.com website with deals for products and entertainment. Tuition reimbursement up to $10k a year after $5,500 taxed. Online and instructor led classes. Being treated like a human, not like a number. ERT is the most ethically run company I know. A good place to work overall. There is a bonus which in part is tied to company performance, so it can vary. The company is growing rapidly through acquisitions which provides for career opportunities.
