What are you most excited about working at ICON?
The people , the benefits! People are great - it really feels like a team environment meaning that we are all working for the same goal and are working together to get it accomplished. The benefits - Amazing! Time off from day 1 and it’s a nice amount! Also 401k vested from Day 1!
Small complany, you will get a chance to learn everything from scratch
What's the interview process like at ICON?
Pretty standard. First interview was with recruiter, second interview was with hiring manager and team lead. Third and final interview was with VP of department, hiring manager, and team lead and consisted of a presentation followed by questions. Overall process took about 3-4 weeks with the longest time from the first to second interview. Was offered the role the same day as last interview.
