They are all willing to help see you grow and are cery nice. They have been great mentors

Mah. Not interested. The c suite isntdlkng anything for us
Tough to get raises and overall terrible promotion allowances.

I move all of my teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They rely too heavily on sales tactics and not substance
Lack of lab training for general staff due to lack of experienced lab staff, due to executive management disbanding the lab department. Seems they think the lab staff's work is just stare and compare. Same can be said for the Clinical Data Scientist Lead role. No need for data scientist education...
