Management is top heavy and continues to hire more managers
Positive feedback, letting us know we are valued employees, consistency with corporate policies, and not engaging in favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No real benefits at ESA
I'm expected to be available at all times, except I'm not allowed any Overtime compensation, so my whole schedule will get adjusted if I end up having to work a 12 hour shift one day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Constant gossip, negative attitudes, and a lack of teamwork.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Teambuilding, positive reinforcement, consistency with policy amongst ALL employees, rewarding hard work.
