Great place with great expectations! Only thing I worry about is how are they going to keep up with the current rate of growth and acquisitions without becoming over extended?

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have to continually apologize to our old clients. By not truly inquiring about what can be done better, ESO is trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. I'm under utilized and hamstrung by a compartmentalized system of management. My stress has gone up and my sense of helping has gone down.

Lots of micromanaging and mistrust. Company sold out to Vista Equity and it's been downhill since. CEO no longer cares. Seasoned employees are leaving in droves.
