What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is approachable, open, an willing to share the good and the bad.
They care about the employees. The make sure we are all investing in ourselves and each other both professionally and personally.
Everyone on the leadership is extremely humble and puts the employees first.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is competitive relative to market and creative to interest new talent.
The commission structure is competitive
So many great and unique benefits! Health care and 401k are great. But we also have fun benefits like free lunch everyday, unlimited PTO, kombucha keg, team hikes, and free LinkedIn learning accounts.
Total rewards package is competitive, especially compared to similarly sized startups in the Seattle area.

Collaborative, innovative, communicative, inclusive, and fun!
The people who work here are experts in their craft - and willing to share their knowledge.
We all play to each other's strengths and mentor each other. Also everyone at Esper is so laid back and friendly. It's a great work environment.
Everyone is authentic and friendly and willing to help if you have a question.
