What makes you most happy at work?

Opportunity that has been given to me

Being appreciated for my production and work ethic

Being productive and getting things done. My manager lets us get our work done without micromanaging.

The job itself and the great culture.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Corporate needs to better audit management in Facilities. Actually listen to what the employees have to say.

We provide bad advice to our customers about how to conduct their business model. It has really hurt them during COVID. We now are not supporting them as they attempt to transition their businesses.
