Leadership is very receptive to ideas for improvement.
They talk a good talk and I feel they are sincere. However, they don't always walk their talk which is disappointing. For example, the company is hierarchal and you have to watch management make mistakes when you know they are going down the wrong path because troubleshooting is unwelcome.
My direct manager is amazing and is the only reason I have stayed. The managers above her are wish washy with no real direction.
My direct manager is a quality guy. He is understanding and knowledgable and honestly too good for the company. He will work with you to find solution and to problem solve. Very open to feedback and genuinely appreciated hard work.
I still learning everyone but i love it so far
