What is the best part about your compensation package?I think I pay too much for my premiums.And still pay too much for doctor visits and specialist
What do you like best about the leadership team?The word says it all team, that's what makes us so successful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Having pay that matches other companies in the Metro Atlanta area would be a start. We are always in the lowest part of industry average. Hours that don't constantly change with Manitory Overtime would be nice. We all sign a code of conduct which many feel management precedes to punt out the door.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Corporate needs to better audit management in Facilities. Actually listen to what the employees have to say.
