- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Having pay that matches other companies in the Metro Atlanta area would be a start. We are always in the lowest part of industry average. Hours that don't constantly change with Manitory Overtime would be nice. We all sign a code of conduct which many feel management precedes to punt out the door.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Corporate needs to better audit management in Facilities. Actually listen to what the employees have to say.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?We all need to be allowed to work as a team. One team not forced to work against eachother
