Treating their employees better then they do
Having pay that matches other companies in the Metro Atlanta area would be a start. We are always in the lowest part of industry average. Hours that don't constantly change with Manitory Overtime would be nice. We all sign a code of conduct which many feel management precedes to punt out the door.
My job used to be performed by three people. I streamlined and made a lot of improvements but was never even acknowledged for it , much less compensated for it. Also, they tend to promote brown nosers, which may not be unique to this company but still unmotivating and discouraging.
I am an internal promotion and paid under the bottom of the range of my position due to internal hiring practices with compensation.
The benefits are terrible and are too expensive

We all need to be allowed to work as a team. One team not forced to work against eachother
Stop treating people like products, to be used up and replaced. Also be open to recommendations from employees

Corporate needs to better audit management in Facilities. Actually listen to what the employees have to say.
We provide bad advice to our customers about how to conduct their business model. It has really hurt them during COVID. We now are not supporting them as they attempt to transition their businesses.
