Leadership is very receptive to ideas for improvement.
They talk a good talk and I feel they are sincere. However, they don't always walk their talk which is disappointing. For example, the company is hierarchal and you have to watch management make mistakes when you know they are going down the wrong path because troubleshooting is unwelcome.
My direct manager is amazing and is the only reason I have stayed. The managers above her are wish washy with no real direction.
I think I pay too much for my premiums.And still pay too much for doctor visits and specialist
401K matching is good Health insurance is great as well

Most of us work for and towards the same goal
No one takes notes or sends meeting minutes or documents who's committed to doing what. There is zero follow up and subsequent meetings rehash was already discussed and decided. The project management at the company is a joke. Projects move at a snail's pace because there's no project organization.
My direct team is amazingly supportive, but we are outliers to the company. Without them, I would have left 4 years ago

The environment on my team is positive but other areas are run by managers with authoritarian leadership that causes competent workers to leave the company. The company has been a lot better with this in the past couple years by getting rid of authoritarian managers who impeded progress.
My direct manager is the best part of my job. I really try not to interact beyond work topics with fellow employees and other managers.
The gm is a steady, positive, interested and humble person, and those qualities trickle down to make the whole culture great.
