What makes you most happy at work?
Customers that have positive energy . Seeing drivers being so helpful and active
When the dock supervisor takes off-
Interacting with my customers and giving them the best and friendly service
Consistent work enviroment , caters to my relaxed style
My co workers! But the management is notvthat great at my terminal!
Good communications. Some very friendly co-workers.
USED to be the compliments for going out of the way to do tasks i didnt have to do or knowing when something needed put to the dock they always knew to ask me bc my work ethic and performance was always bar none!

Pay and benifits are a small bit above average,

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Slowly sinking ship that will wind up at the mercy of a labor union sooner or later and that will put them out of business due to their poor decision making.
Freight is always damaged. Line haul loads show up tipped over and just a wreck. Could all be fixed with better training and taking a little extra time.
Management. They like to create and fuel drama between drivers.
Nobody cares because of poor management
Management hire better management or send them to a management course class
They need to treat their employees how they would want to be treated. And pay overtime after 40 hours. And bring back check bonuses.

I like this company because they keep us in new equipment they let us run from state to state its almost like they give us a little bit of freedom
