Paying their engineers more and providing more substantive benefits. The cost of living has gone significantly up and "free lunch" at the corporate office doesn't pay the bills
Stop hiring your random uneducated relatives and high school/college friends and placing them into upper management positions over jobs they have no clue how to do an have no interest in learning anything about.
Proper leadership in the dispatch department
Review from Operations Dept
Taking pride in their buildings and equipment
Transparency and truth with employees
An occasional pay increase that is somewhere near what the labor/field positions get would be a good start. Stop expecting miracles for peanuts. Telling everyone that you set a new profit record daily and then telling them you can't afford to give them a yearly raise is pretty sorry.
Why? What your dealing with customers yelling at you because they paid for delivery and you won't carry their 1000 lb pallet of flooring to their 2nd floor.
The complexity variety of skillset and general danger of my position requires a higher price point. We are overworked and undercompensated to the highest regard. Our rate of pay is comparable to minimum wage. Minimum wage for specialized and licensed professionals is insulting and OPPRESSIVE.
Removing the management that is the root cause of the poor culture and environment. Lisa needs to go.
Pay drivers overtime after 8 worked hours
Communication, better work effort and less complaints
Review from Operations Dept
Stop acting like drama queens and minding their own business. Management fuels this behavior .
It's not the co-workers that need to improve its the
The company makes sure to keep the employees at odds with each other
To late every one working at that terminal are disappointed with management.
Replace upper management with some people that have a little sense. Stop promoting friends and family into positions they are not qualified for. Replace HR management with people that will do something about the toxic work environment created by other managers and directors.
Better management and better equipment.
Treating All employees equally and allow everyone to get overtime if they want it and not same individuals
Review from Operations Dept
Management. There is no support from HR.
Stop the favoritism and personal relationships. It truly is about who you know at this company.
Not very user friendly. Filters out too many possible candidates due to the algorithm design set to look for a unicorn employee that would never work for these amateurs merely because they expect miracles for McDonalds money.
Judge applicants on performance, not on promises or prior experience.
Review from Operations Dept
The communication is extremely low
Treat the prospective employees with respect and treat it as an interview not a interrogation
Slowly sinking ship that will wind up at the mercy of a labor union sooner or later and that will put them out of business due to their poor decision making.
Freight is always damaged. Line haul loads show up tipped over and just a wreck. Could all be fixed with better training and taking a little extra time.
Management. They like to create and fuel drama between drivers.
Nobody cares because of poor management
Management hire better management or send them to a management course class
