The retirement matching is better than most companies.
In 2016 working conditions were good for an at will job. In 2023, pay per shift was cut and company memos became dismissive and cold in tone. Speed and accuracy in scoring is now penalized and inefficiency rewarded. Now, notice of a cancelled shift can now happen with zero notice. Very bad.
The officers pay themselves over 400k plus huge bonuses each year...they swept illegal activities of former officers under the business world vision with huge hush severance payments, fraud is the word that I remember as a low executive there
