Caring for employees at our location.
They are always friendly and eager to help.
My immediate supervisors are sympathetic, professional, and kind but are also suffering under horrible higher management. Higher leadership needs to view raters of the most profitable test with the old respect and appreciation. We are not quickly replaced, and bad morale will harm the business.
The Leadership team is as bad as their Managers. No innovation or change...What is needed is for someone from the outside to be hired at the top and clean all the dead wood below them. Which is alot..of dead wood

I work for the most part independently.
Inclusive off all backgrounds and ethnicities.
Again, we are all in it together, all in the same environment.
Everyone is professional, at least from leadership on up, and we have set policies and protocols that we strive to maintain.
It feels a little pressured, but it gets easier with time.
Change top management on down..
There was no interview, but the process of answering relevant questions online and submitting required documents went smoothly. Employee welcome was friendly and helpful.
It was great as it was done by the hiring team and manager.
The questions were answerable but the overall process was unnecessarily complicated and confusing.
There wasn't really an interview process. I applied and got hired based on my qualifications.

Failures of assessment administration during crunch examination periods has always had technology issues impacted students.
They need to figure that out...No long range plans to adapt to a changing environment
It's just hard to ever feel like you are being fairly compensated for the type of work being done and the skills needed.
The work is somewhat monotonous and it should pay more.
