Satisfied as it's a good way to pick up extra money.
It's good and bad. Generally the people are nice, and the work is easy, but the hours are not stable and the pay is lacking.
the onboarding / hire process left a bad taste in my mouth as far as the organization and ability to communicate. However I do know that other aspects of scoring are much more organized according to my peers.
Hire more test proctors and get more efficient software. People are paying to take tests, and get getting to do it, refunds are often not provided, read customer reviews from the BBB
