It's good and bad. Generally the people are nice, and the work is easy, but the hours are not stable and the pay is lacking.

the onboarding / hire process left a bad taste in my mouth as far as the organization and ability to communicate. However I do know that other aspects of scoring are much more organized according to my peers.

Totally oblivious to employee morale. Long term managers protect one another, do not like change and constantly "ghost" any pertinent conversations. One of the worst organizations I've worked for in my 30+ years. Prior, I was extremely successful and advanced in my career This was show stopper...
