My immediate supervisors are sympathetic, professional, and kind but are also suffering under horrible higher management. Higher leadership needs to view raters of the most profitable test with the old respect and appreciation. We are not quickly replaced, and bad morale will harm the business.
The Leadership team is as bad as their Managers. No innovation or change...What is needed is for someone from the outside to be hired at the top and clean all the dead wood below them. Which is alot..of dead wood

Again, alot have been there for years...no motivation or incentive to think of better ways to do things or continue to remain current with any new trends.
I work for the most part independently.

The work is somewhat monotonous and it should pay more.
There aren't enough hours to make a career of it, and it can be monotonous work at times.
the ease of applications and assignments.
