They need to understand that we are the reason Etsy has an income. They need to support the individuals that make them their income. Etsy needs to realize that without us, they have no business.
Everything. They are terrible . Ugh
Recognizing people for their contributions to the business rather than their relationship from prior jobs. Walking the walk and letting people truly contribute and share differing perspectives.
Etsy offers no benefits to their employees. This should be corrected on a federal level.
Total revamp. Get back to how Etsy used to be
Etsy is the world's most discriminatory marketplace. It disgusts me.
The Etsy community (at least, higher ups) have NO regard for the sellers, no matter the case. If someone wants money for a wrong item, but you have a screenshot of dms saying you got it right, Etsy would 9 times out of 10 favor the buyer...
The pay is great but not the benefits
Etsy needs to support all shop policies in full.

Transparency. We don't help customers in the way they truly NEED to be helped.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Make it streamlined and reduce the number of rounds
Hire all new management staff
