Eventbrite Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Now we are available to have 20% of our sallary in USD, but It's would be amazing if we have all the sallary in USD (I'm from Argentina)

Good salary, lots of upside on the stock

The stock has a lot of upside

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We're not paid competitively in our market. Especially when you come from an internal move - it seems they do everything they can to keep comp down.
