What is the best part about your compensation package?
Now we are available to have 20% of our sallary in USD, but It's would be amazing if we have all the sallary in USD (I'm from Argentina)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're not paid competitively in our market. Especially when you come from an internal move - it seems they do everything they can to keep comp down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always try to innovate inside the company

Very hard-working, down-to-earth people. Appreciate their empathy
One of the only things Eventbrite has always done right is recruiting for it's individual contributors.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The sector was hit hard by Covid-19, but before that, meritocracy has been a myth, as we've seen some people being recognised and even promoted simply based on their relationships.
