Events.com Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

That they match our 401k contributions

Review from Finance Dept

Best health insurance, great locations around the world to work, capacity to work from home, and working with smart people

Review from Business Development Dept

I appreciate having options for retirement and insurance beyond just health insurance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think the stock option benefits are good.

The medical plan and the company's contribution to it

Review from Customer Support Dept

All of the insurance options (health/life)

My bonus and my benefits (Health and insurance benefits)

Review from Customer Support Dept

Having unlimited time off. PTO.

Review from Engineering Dept

It allows me to continue to live in an expensive area while the economy tanks.

Monetary compensation and pto flexibility

bonus, competitive pay, and FTO (unlimited time off)

Review from Operations Dept

Having possibilities to grow as a person in many ways, not only economically. It is helping me to invest in myself emotionally and intellectually, I'm developing as an independent adult and is for this opportunity to be part of the edc.

Review from Customer Support Dept

monthly salary and health benefits

Amazing health insurance, hybrid work environment. Working in and around the event industry is like living in a movie.

Review from Business Development Dept

company paid health insuance option

Review from Finance Dept

Economic stability, especially during the pandemic and currently, being able to access a good quality of life

Review from Customer Support Dept

Healthcare and ability to work remotely

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best part is the incredible healthcare benefits.

Competitive salary, bonuses, 401k, health, flex schedules, etc.

Review from Operations Dept

The best part for me could be the feeling of being part of this amazing experience we're creating for people

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A competitive wage, regular performance reviews and raises

Review from Customer Support Dept

Actually supporting our clients instead of keeping their money.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Having some sort of review or goal setting meeting of any type. Knowing what potential paths are available to me in the future. Having some sort of raise or acknowledgement / appreciation that I haven't received one in over three years for the better of the company.

Knowing my equity shares are actually going to be worth something one day

Review from Marketing Dept

Due to inflation and such, it would be great if I was paid more. And for the amount of work our small team does, the amount I make is not enough.

The industry is running away compensation-wise. Were that not the case, I wouldn't feel undervalued. But it's hard not to think about it when I could make 50k more somewhere else.

Review from Engineering Dept

To receive at least one wage increase since 2019. To be in the median salary range for my position. To have others in the company be in the median salary range for their positions.

High expectations without enough accountability or resources.

Review from Business Development Dept

A competitive rate for my duties and job title.

Review from Customer Support Dept

As a startup impacted by the crisis, salaries have been impacted. It would be great to have more frequent salary reviews.

Review from Finance Dept

Salary payments are rarely made on time and I have no benefits, bonus or perks of any kind.

Review from Business Development Dept

I don't feel completely undervalued, I know I am. I just would like to make a bit more to make ends meet. And I know in the times we are in now with the pandemic make it not easy.

Pay employs properly, Pay employs on time, Stop missing payroll.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My current package ($3k/month and no benefits) is well below the standard in my country of residence and not in line with my profile and previous experience. I am forced to use my personal savings and while I strongly believe in this company, I am not sure for how long I can afford this situation.

Review from Business Development Dept

I feel undervalued because I've been working at half pay for over a year now with no end in site. My hope is to get my full compensation back sooner rather than later

Review from Engineering Dept

Being furloughed has been difficult financially

I have moved to a new roll onto the a team where I can be of more value which is great! However, with that move I am now paid less with more responsibility. I believe based on my research of comparable positions at various companies and the cost of living in California I am underpaid.

Review from Marketing Dept

growing away from startup mode. We agreed to think long-term.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work a lot from home, which is hard to track work hours, but I believe that if I was working in the office my work would be more accurately accounted for.

Review from Operations Dept

Payments received and on time
