I enjoy how we communicate with each other and we all have an understanding of each other as well. We are a small team but we get a lot done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to inflation and such, it would be great if I was paid more. And for the amount of work our small team does, the amount I make is not enough.

I don't feel completely undervalued, I know I am. I just would like to make a bit more to make ends meet. And I know in the times we are in now with the pandemic make it not easy.
