Everyday there's something new, and working with the team. (and all the dogs in the office of course!).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is smart and supportive of each other. We work hard, but we also socialize together- from happy hours to running 10K's together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health, holiday and other benefits are incredible, and coming from an European country I have much higher expectations for this which have been more than met. Additionally we have a great gym membership for only 10 bucks!

Not only are they all very experienced and fair, they genuinely care about the whole team, and are invested in the culture and growth of the employees. Additionally, they are very transparent and it breeds a culture of trust and ability to be yourself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team are very positive, and encourage a good work life balance with our promoting wellbeing being at the forefront. Also, its very meritocratic, so if you work hard and succeed you will be acknowledged and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and thrive for go-getters.
