The leadership team is filled with high-achieving, enthusiastic individuals who care deeply about their team beyond employees but as people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my efforts pay off , whether it's my outreach resulting in leads or the processes I create helping us operate efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a startup there is a lack of tools needed to for some departments to be successful. I have taken initiative in creating these but it is beyond the scope of what I was hired to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team meshes really well. People ask on Monday how your weekend went, and I feel like I can be honest if I'm having a rough day or week. I am transparent with my manager if I'm feeling burn out and they respond with attention.
