Depends on which aspects of the team of course. But, I would say that we all work towards the greater good of the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team knows when something is important, and what to do to effectively activate a plan. The finer steps just need to be finely tuned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only mention that part because I know the review is coming up, I did not want to say everything was fine when we are going to having a discussion to increase either way
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all people at the end of the day, we all have feelings and our own ways of solving things. Having everyone work together really grows a community, and that is how the environment works
What makes you most happy at work?
The best part of work is when you are trusted to complete the task at hand, as well as get encouragement for being able to accomplish the goal. It is also a win whenever the team praises for a job well done.
