My compensation is far greater than what other jobs for people my age would receive. In addition, the work experience I have gained is worth its weight in gold.
What makes you most happy at work?
The strong emphasis on the employee and constant push towards the goals make the company feel akin to a sports team. The environment is playful, engaging, and a ripe locale for personal growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team clearly has experience. They are able to navigate the many tasks needing their attention seamlessly, making sure that no T is left uncrossed and no I is left undotted in everything from overarching strategy to employee management.
