What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family environment with cross-departmental collaboration has been amazing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having trust in me from the higher ups, and the fact that they truly care about us all outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep our health and well-being at the forefront of their decisions, and are honest and open about the future direction in which we are moving as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not necessarily at the fault of the leadership team, being furloughed has taken its toll on my finances, while my hours worked have actually increased over time, as a one-person-team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They will stop everything they're doing at the drop of a hat, and will jump in on any situation where a fellow team member is in need. Everyone is very friendly and genuinely cares for one another.
