What makes you most happy at work?
I am always excited to be included in new projects that the team is working on, and having them use my input on those projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work a lot from home, which is hard to track work hours, but I believe that if I was working in the office my work would be more accurately accounted for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is equally focused on getting work done. Each coworker is extremely focused on being productive and efficient which is welcome after a long time of working with people with varying dedication and focus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does more than just dole out tasks. I find that although I am working a relatively low position in the company, I am constantly being given opportunities to work on projects of all size and importance. I learn about other aspects of the industry beyond what the company is doing.
