I really like how the commission structure is based on the success of the client.

They are transparent about what stage the company is at and also lead by example with inspiration and a clear vision.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to spend more time working in a high energy environment and less time working from home office. More in-person social interactions.

I really enjoy collaborating with my teammates that are from different countries and time zones. It really creates a fun work environment with a unique culture.

I love collaborating with my co workers online as well as in person when we're all back at the office. We have great people working here at events.com!

They are consistently available to provide support. They also respect and listen to my feedback around business challenges and opportunities. I like how the leadership team is solutions oriented.

The leadership team is always available and willing to listed to what the employees have to say. They are personable and very supportive when it comes to setting and achieving goals. The events.com leadership team is truly extraordinary and I'm really appreciative of all their hard work and effort!
