Paying the bare minimum in our industry has made a lot of great employees leave. As of 2023 the compensation we have received now goes to paying insurance. There is no reward for doing going above and beyond. Because of that everyone does the minimal, which is sad because there is a lot of potential
A financial education company that doesnt aggressively fund 401k match is pretty telling
I feel undervalued because there are many people, who have come in after me, at lower positions, and are paid higher than I am. I don't think that pay is fair or even throughout the company.
