They are very transparent about what is going on in the company. I also like how approachable they are.
They're all very approachable and down to earth. They're happy to answer and questions and are always available to any one at the company. Open office spaces also make them more approachable

Every one enjoys what they are doing and gets along well.
We all operate as a team and get along really well. I look forward to spending time with my team in and out of the office.
