What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe we are all compensated fairly
Being provided food/snacks is huge because I've never gotten that at any other company. Also, being able to take a company vehicle home has been very helpful.
Everything is the best part
LTI plan is cool. They have put time into making it into something that will benefit us as the company grows
Apprenticeship program and staff incentive plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid in my current role on the team, Getting a fair pay increase would certainly help alleviate that
Benefits. More PTO days
I applied to another position, and I believe I am under compensated for my current position. However, if I moved positions I would be more happy with my compensation as it would be more aligned with my personal goals.
Many more hours worked than compensated for. Less hours or more pay would balance out

Highly motivated, intelligent, smooth operators, social, kind
All of our personalities and backgrounds we yall have a different view but come from the same family
We all have the same goal of providing the best service we can and we have minimal issues between crews and individual employees.

Coworkers, Learning, being adventurous, being proud of my work
Being in a rhythm on the roof and everything flowing like a river
I love being around a good group of people who want to work hard and make it easy to get along with each other.
