The people who work here are always happy to be here, and have a positive attitude.

I like that they put in effort to listen to us about issues that need to be fixed at the company.

Everyone here has good communication, and has respect for eachother. My favorite part of working for Everlight are my coworkers and the atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my position, I feel I should be compensated in some fashion for the danger of my position. Whether that is in money, benefits, or professional development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that everyone gets along super well. This is the first company I have ever worked at that I like and respect every single person I work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Both the people I work with, and the shop amenities make me the happiest. This job can be challenging at times physically and mentally, but the people make it enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I applied to another position, and I believe I am under compensated for my current position. However, if I moved positions I would be more happy with my compensation as it would be more aligned with my personal goals.
